You have a number of ways to lodge a complaint or dispute with us. You can:

  • complete our complaint form online;

  • phone our office on (02) 8923-1600 and advise us that you would like to speak with someone to make a complaint;

  • phone the National Relay Service on 13 36 77 if you have a hearing, speech or other communication impairment;

  • send a fax to (02) 8923-1666;

  • send us an email; or
